The MFM6590 and MPA6590 are C/X-band GaAs Front-End-Module MMIC and Power Amplifier.
The MFM6590 front end module (FEM) is integrated with a 6.5-9 GHz power amplifier (PA), single pole two throw switch (SP2T) and low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device.
