Ka-Band Frequency Converter ICs for Communication Payload
The LCT1181 and LCR1281 are CMOS Ka-band Transmit (Tx) up-converter and Receive (Rx) down-converter for satellite payload
Each chip supports positive conversion gain with low power consumption. The chips also have on-chip PLL and internal LO multiplier that simplifies board level integration. The chip operates from a +1.0V supply with a compact FCCSP package for easy integration.
