Ka-Band Beamforming ICs for UT
The LBT1181 and LBR1281 are CMOS Ka-band Transmit (Tx) and Receive (Rx) SATCOM beamforming ICs.
Each chip supports four dual polarization radiating elements with polarization flexibility.
The chip operates from a +1.0V supply with a compact FCCSP package for easy integration in planar phased array antennas.
